KatadataOTO – Mercedes-Benz Indonesia is also participating in the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025 exhibition.

On this occasion, the European brand brought the Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Cabriolet to ICE BSD, Tangerang.

The Cabriolet sports car is designed with a blend of luxury, innovation, and high performance.

This Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Cabriolet is claimed to be suitable for automotive enthusiasts in the premium segment.

"We are very enthusiastic at this year's GIIAS event to bring the latest technology and innovation from Mercedes-Benz through the launch of The All New Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Cabriolet," said Donald Rachmat, Chief Executive Officer of Inchcape Indomobil Distributor Indonesia at GIIAS 2025.

In terms of appearance, the new Mercedes-Benz car features an aggressive design thanks to its Digital Light headlights and a ventilated hood. 

Furthermore, the iconic AMG-specific grille emphasizes the sporty character of this cabriolet.

In addition, Mercedes-Benz has also equipped it with 20-inch Y-spoke AMG wheels and red calipers to enhance its sporty look.

At the rear, the Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Cabriolet is equipped with a diffuser, a wide body shell, a spoiler lip, and a two-round twin tailpipe design, which are signature AMG touches.

Inside the cabin, owners will be pampered with AMG Carbon-Fibre trim and a Nappa Leather-wrapped AMG Performance steering wheel.

The canvas roof of the Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 Cabriolet can be opened in just 20 seconds, and can even be operated while the car is moving at speeds of up to 60 km/h.

As for the powertrain, the four-wheeled vehicle carries a 3,000 cc, 6-cylinder inline engine combined with AMG's mild hybrid technology.

This mechanical heart is capable of producing a maximum power of 449 hp and a peak torque of 560 Nm.

All power is channeled to the AMG Speedshift TCT 9G transmission with fast and responsive gear shifts.

With this power and torque, The All-New Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Cabriolet can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds.

Thanks to the AMG Performance 4MATIC+ system, this cabriolet sports car is claimed to remain stable in various conditions, even when traveling at 270 km/h.

This comfort and stability are produced by the AMG Ride Control suspension and rear-axle steering of up to 2.5 degrees, which is integrated with the AMG Performance 4MATIC+.
