KatadataOTO – PT SIS (Suzuki Indomobil Sales) is ready to support the comfort of car and motorcycle owners during the 2025 homecoming season. In addition to standby workshop services, Suzuki is also preparing a supply of spare parts.

Considering that this year, Jasa Marga predicts an increase in the peak of the homecoming exodus on March 28, 2025. Meanwhile, the return flow will reach its highest point on April 6-7, 2025.

Of all the travelers, 33.69 million of them will use private cars while another 12.74 million will choose to use motorcycles.

For this reason, Suzuki has begun to anticipate the surge in demand for spare parts needed by consumers.

“Usually, the ones that see a surge (in demand) are spare parts for braking and coolant; we have already prepared them,” said Sugiyarto, Head of Domestic Sparepart at PT SIS in Jakarta recently.

Especially during the homecoming support event from March 28 to April 3, 2025, he emphasized that they have started informing related dealers to complete their stock.

Not only that, Suzuki car owners who make purchases during the homecoming season can also enjoy discounts on 39 types of spare parts.

“At the standby workshops this year, we are also providing special discounts. Dealers will give a five to 15 percent discount to the end customer; that's what we have prepared,” said Sugiyarto.

The program, titled Serasi (Suzuki Ramadan Service), is valid for the four Suzuki vehicle models with the largest populations, namely the APV, Ertiga, All New Ertiga, and XL7.

It should be noted that Suzuki's standby workshops will be available at 70 locations throughout Indonesia, covering the regions of Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan, to Sulawesi.

If they experience problems on the road, Suzuki car owners can use the towing or car recovery service.

“The first tow will certainly be from the toll road to the exit gate. We will prepare towing from the toll exit gate to the nearest workshop,” said Hariadi, Assistant to Aftersales Department Head of Service at PT SIS on the same occasion.

For the record, the latest series of information about Suzuki's homecoming program can be accessed through various platforms, including the MySuzuki application, which can be downloaded via the PlayStore on Android.

Regarding the operational hours of Suzuki's standby workshops, 32 outlets will be open 24 hours a day. Then, 28 branches will be open for 12 hours from 08:00 to 20:00 WIB, while 10 locations specifically for two-wheelers will be open from 09:00 to 21:00 WIB.
