KatadataOTO – The Suzuki Fronx has not only achieved positive results in Jakarta but also in East Java, especially Surabaya. This is evident from the high number of orders in the region.

Impressively, out of the 6,000 orders the company has received, 700 units are from the East Java region.

“We reintroduced the Suzuki Fronx in East Java through GIIAS Surabaya 2025. The response itself has been quite positive, especially since the City of Heroes is the second-largest market after Jabodetabek,” said Randy R. Murdoko, Dept. Head 4W Sales PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales.

Of that number, the SGX variant is the option most in demand by customers. However, Randy emphasized that the waiting time is not too long.

“The total number of vehicles we have distributed is nearly 3,000 units. There is indeed a waiting list, but the time is not long,” he then added.

It should be noted that the Suzuki Fronx first launched in Indonesia in late May 2025. The model comes with a Dynamic Coupe-Style SUV design that makes it look unique and sporty.

At the front, Suzuki has fitted a large grille with chrome accents. Its appearance is made more attractive by the inclusion of multi-LED reflectors to provide optimal lighting.

Inside the cabin, the car features an elegant design with synthetic leather and fabric seats, complemented by glossy black, silver, and chrome accents. Meanwhile, the entertainment system is located in the center of the dashboard, serving as the control center for various entertainment features.

The vehicle owner's device can also connect to the Suzuki Fronx via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The engine used is the K15C code with a 1,500 cc displacement, supported by Suzuki's mild hybrid technology, namely SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki). Various features have also been included to provide additional comfort, such as a HUD (Head Up Display), wireless pad charger, paddle shifters, and a 360-degree around view monitor.

Also available is Suzuki Safety Support, which includes the latest safety features. These range from DSBS (Dual Sensor Brake Support), BSM (Blind Spot Monitor), LKA (Lane Keep Assist), RCTA (Rear Cross Traffic Alert), LDW (Lane Departure Warning), VSW (Vehicle Swaying Warning), LDP (Lane Departure Prevention), Hill Hold Control, Parking Sensor, HBA (High Beam Assist), Around View Monitor, ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) to HUD (Head Up Display).
