KatadataOTO – Suzuki is present at IIMS 2025, showcasing all its flagship products. Its participation this time serves to affirm Suzuki's multi-pathway strategy to achieve carbon neutrality.

Located in Hall A of JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Suzuki brought a concept model named eWX. The prototype electric vehicle became a special attraction for visitors.

Speaking of environmentally friendly cars, Suzuki Indonesia has already marketed hybrid models. Starting from the Ertiga, XL7, to the Vitara hybrid were also exhibited.

The three models mentioned above play a role in reducing motor vehicle exhaust emissions. Additionally, the offered price is quite competitive, starting from the IDR 200 million range.

It's even more interesting because the Suzuki Ertiga and XL7 have officially received hybrid car incentives from the Government. Thus, the units can be owned at a more affordable price.

It should be noted that the hybrid car subsidy is stipulated in PMK (Minister of Finance Regulation) Number 12 of 2025. Government support is given to vehicles that have met the requirements.

One of the conditions is domestic manufacturing. In addition, the vehicles sold must have a high local content.

“We can confirm that the prices of the Ertiga and XL7 in Jakarta will decrease by around IDR 5 to 6 million,” said Randy R Murdoko, Department Head 4W Sales of PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, some time ago.

The Suzuki Ertiga itself is an MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) that can accommodate 7 passengers. With a spacious cabin, it provides extra comfort during the journey.

The features inside have also been tailored for loyal customers to support daily mobility.

For your information, the fuel consumption of the Suzuki Ertiga Hybrid is around 20 km/liter. This figure depends on road conditions and driving style.
