Suzuki customers affected by the Bekasi flood don't need to worry; free towing to the workshop is available.

KatadataOTO – The Bekasi flood disaster in West Java is still fresh in our minds. Thousands of residents there were victims.
Additionally, hundreds of vehicles were also affected. Both motorcycles and cars were submerged in water for some time.
This made it impossible for owners to use their vehicles immediately. They had to undergo service or maintenance at the nearest workshop.
Seeing this, SIS (Suzuki Indomobil Sales) is trying to meet the needs of those affected by the Bekasi flood. The Japanese manufacturer is providing a free towing service.
This allows consumers to evacuate their vehicles to an official Suzuki workshop from March 5-11, 2025.
"Customer needs are our top priority. To help vehicle owners affected by the flood, Suzuki is providing a free towing service with a network of experienced workshops and mechanics," said Hariadi, Asst. to Aftersales Department Head of Service at PT SIS, in an official statement.
Hariadi stated that the free towing service is useful for making things easier for customers. Especially when facing technical problems due to the Bekasi flood and to ease the financial burden.
To ensure the program runs smoothly, Suzuki has prepared a towing fleet at nine official workshops.
Each is located in Pondok Gede, Kalimalang, Jatiasih, Kranji, Tambun, West Bekasi, East Bekasi, North Bekasi, and Babelan.
A special team will be ready to pick up and evacuate your Suzuki car affected by the Bekasi flood.
This can prevent further damage. And ensure the vehicle recovery process is swift.
The manufacturer from the Land of the Rising Sun emphasizes the importance of handling vehicles after they have been submerged in a flood.
Water entering the engine, fuel system, and electrical components can cause serious damage if not handled correctly by the owner.
They also recommend that customers do not start their vehicles immediately after being submerged. It is better to use a towing service to get to the workshop.
Furthermore, to further pamper consumers, Suzuki is also offering a discount of up to five percent on every purchase of SGP (Suzuki Genuine Parts).
This allows customers to obtain genuine spare parts at a more affordable price to ensure the vehicle's performance remains optimal.
Those who wish to take advantage of the free towing program can contact Halo Suzuki at 0800 1100 800 as soon as possible, as this service is limited.
"This program is not just technical assistance, but a form of Suzuki's care in providing fast and effective solutions for customers affected by the disaster," continued Hariadi.
Hariadi also wants to ensure that Suzuki can provide a sense of security for consumers in emergency situations.
