Used BYD Seal Starts to Appear, More Affordable

KatadataOTO – Used BYD Seal Performance AWD type is now available on the used car market. Its price is also considerably more affordable than a new unit.

According to a marketplace website, this electric car from China is being sold for IDR 530 million. This price is IDR 205 million cheaper than a new unit, which is offered at IDR 735 million.

Interestingly, the dealer also provides various conveniences for customers of this 2024 used BYD Seal Performance AWD type. They have partnered with several financing companies, so the unit can be purchased on credit.

The first package is a 0 percent interest credit. To get it, customers only need to pay a down payment of IDR 405.9 million and installments of around IDR 19.9 million for 11 months.

If that feels too heavy, there is a down payment of IDR 180 million with installments of around IDR 12.3 million for 47 months.

For lighter installments, there is a down payment of around IDR 173 million and installments of around IDR 10.6 million for 59 months.

Various promos are also still offered, such as a direct 1-year warranty. It covers the engine, transmission, AC, suspension, braking system, and emergency services.

Customers are also entitled to detailing twice a year.

Despite the competitive price, the dealer confirms that the unit is still in good condition and has not been in a crash or flood. Customers are welcome to inspect it before making a purchase.

It should be noted that the BYD Seal comes as a sedan with a sporty and sharp design. This car seems to show that its performance cannot be underestimated.

Various interesting features have been included, such as a large Panoramic Roof designed to reduce heat and UV resistance from entering the cabin.

The vehicle's interior comes with Suedette material in Thaumas Black, giving it a luxurious feel. This makes it easier for the driver to find a comfortable driving position.

The BYD Seal is equipped with an 82.56 kWh BYD Blade Battery (LFP). This large capacity is enough for the car to travel up to 580 km on a single charge.

The stored power is used to drive an electric motor capable of producing 532 hp and 670 Nm of torque. Thanks to this, the car can accelerate from 0-100 km per hour in 3.8 seconds.
