KatadataOTO – Ahead of the closing of the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025, Volkswagen launched the ID Buzz Business Edition. The model comes with various enhancements to make its customers more comfortable while on the move.

The enhancements focus more on the passenger side. This is because most car owners sit in the passenger seat.

One of the main highlights of the enhancements is the electric seats, which now use ergonomic headrests and adjustable backrests. There is also ventilation at the back of the neck and in the seat cushions to adjust the temperature for various weather conditions.

Additionally, a Pneumatic Massage System is available, an automatic massage feature to reduce fatigue during long journeys. These seats are also equipped with an Electric Leg Rest with adjustable height to suit preferences.

Operating all the seats is made easier thanks to a Retractable Touch Screen located on the armrest. A cup holder and wireless charger are also available to ensure passengers stay connected to their gadgets.

Not only that, they also present two other forms of personalization for the Volkswagen ID Buzz Business Edition. Each can be tailored to the customer's needs.

The first is an interior modification for the ID. Buzz with a Swivel Seats option, allowing for more flexible interaction within the cabin.

Another modification is on the exterior, offering the use of air suspension, 22-inch wheels, and a two-tone finish of matte grey and Deep Black glossy. This makes the car's appearance more attractive.

There are no performance changes for the Volkswagen ID.Buzz Business Edition. The car still uses an 86 kWh capacity battery, sufficient for a journey of up to 487 km. This power is used to operate an electric motor with 281 hp and 560 Nm of torque.

The Volkswagen ID.Buzz Business Edition is currently priced at Rp 1.575 billion on the road in Jakarta.
