KatadataOTO – Presented as a new model, the Lepas L8 offers a variety of attractive advantages for its customers. From an attractive design to performance that has been adjusted to meet customer needs.
In terms of appearance, for example, the car has been designed with an attractive design. On the front, the car is equipped with Leopard-Eye Headlights, a semi-concealed door handle, and full LED taillights.
Entering the cabin, the Lepas L8 features an attractive design. The button layout is made compact so the driver can adapt quickly.
The interior is designed so that five passengers can enjoy a spacious area. This is because the car has a 2,800 mm wheelbase, allowing the manufacturer to design a more spacious cabin.
This appeal is inseparable from the use of the LEX Platform, which is a result of the company's development. With this, the car becomes more fuel-efficient, quiet, stable, and comfortable.
This platform makes it easy for the company to embed highly efficient and adaptive Plug-in Hybrid technology. This is certainly a special attraction for customers in the country.
This car is equipped with a 1,500 cc engine capable of producing 140 hp and 215 Nm of torque.
This powertrain is combined with an electric motor producing 150 kW or 201 hp and 310 Nm of torque. This performance uses power from an 18.4 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate battery.
Lepas claims that the combination of the two makes fuel consumption very optimal. It is recorded that the car only needs 1.49 liters to travel 100 km.
Meanwhile, when using full EV mode, the car can travel up to 100 km. Then, with a full tank of gasoline and a full battery, the Lepas L8 can travel up to 1,300 km.
In addition, various excellent features have also been embedded by the manufacturer. Including the ADAS system, Automated Parking Assist (APA), and Remote Parking Assist (RPA).
The Lepas L8 is planned to be sold at a price of around IDR 589 million.
“Indonesia is not just an important market but a foundation for Lepas's growth. Therefore, we are investing heavily in network development, planning local production, and bringing the best technology," said Ricky He, Deputy Country Director of LEPAS Business Unit Indonesia.
