If you buy a Yamaha Xmax in February 2025, the waiting list will be long.

KatadataOTO – One of the Maxi Family members that is currently in high demand is the Yamaha Xmax. The motorcycle is quite popular among automotive enthusiasts in Indonesia.

However, consumers must be patient if they want to purchase this one Yamaha matic in February 2025.

“We can't promise when the delivery will be; it depends on the color and type. For the Yamaha Xmax Tech Max, we haven't received a shipment for about six months,” a salesperson told KatadataOTO on Sunday (09/02) in Bogor, West Java.

He stated that they often advise consumers to buy the Yamaha Xmax Tech Max at an exhibition in mid-2025.

Because the stock of matic motorcycles there is said to be quite complete. So consumers can choose any product they want to buy.

“It's difficult to get units from the source, which is why we direct purchases to the PRJ (Jakarta Fair),” he continued.

Meanwhile, for the Yamaha Xmax Connected, consumers have to wait one to two months to receive their motorcycle.

However, the time above is just an estimate. So it could be faster or even take longer.

The salesperson advised consumers to place an order first. So they can be prioritized to receive the unit.

Just a reminder, the Yamaha Xmax Connected received a refresh in early October 2024. The manufacturer provided new color options.

The Yamaha Xmax Connected in Prestige Grey has now been changed to Elixir Dark Silver. This makes this Yamaha matic look even more elegant and sporty.

Then, the manufacturer with the tuning fork logo also introduced new graphics. Originally located on the rear of the motorcycle, they have now moved to the deck near the footrest.

This touch is claimed to make the Yamaha Xmax Connected offer a bold, minimalist, and sporty impression when used.

Meanwhile, other parts have not changed. For example, the engine retains the 250 cc displacement equipped with Liquid Cooled, SOHC, 4 Valves.

On paper, the engine is claimed to be able to produce up to 16.8 hp and a peak torque of up to 24.3 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

Then, the Yamaha Xmax Connected is still equipped with a 4.2-inch TFT Infotainment Display system and a 3.2-inch Full LCD Speedometer.

This allows the owner to access various information and entertainment through the control buttons located on the left handlebar.
