KatadataOTO – Yamaha continues to innovate to cater to its loyal customers. The latest step is to make various enhancements to their dealer network.

After success in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, and Manado, it is now the turn of the Flagship Shop Bali dealer. The manufacturer with the tuning fork logo has added a touch of luxury to its outlet on the Island of the Gods.

“This premium shop is Yamaha's way of thanking its customers, so that we can provide the best service. Because the majority of customers in Bali are from the Maxi Series and Classy lines,” said Dyonisius Beti, President Director & CEO of PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) in Denpasar (09/05).

Yamaha also launched its newest product, the Gear Ultima, which was developed as a premium scooter in the entry-level class. This iron horse also comes with many new features.

The premium touch at Yamaha dealers is expected to improve customer service, setting a new standard for the Japanese manufacturer in serving its loyal customers.

In the exhibition space or showroom, there are separate vehicle zones for Maxi, Classy, and Sport. This allows every visitor to directly see the unit they are interested in.

This 3S (Sales, Service, and Spareparts) dealer is designed to pamper visitors. A range of information can be viewed digitally, keeping up with the times.

The Flagship Shop Bali also offers a premium waiting room with various supporting facilities, ensuring customers are comfortable while their vehicles are being serviced.

Bali itself is claimed to be a region heavily dominated by Yamaha scooters, especially the Nmax. The large-bodied automatic scooter has received a positive response from the public.

Moreover, the latest generation of this model is equipped with a lot of new technology, further increasing the interest of the residents of the Island of the Gods.

The innovative drivetrain system, named Turbo, has also successfully captured the attention of vehicle users there.

Then, in the last 2-3 years, models in the Classy category are also said to have carved out their own niche. Their advantages include cool features, a unique appearance, cutting-edge technology, and eccentric color choices.

The Yamaha Fazzio and Grand Filano are often seen cruising around Denpasar and its surroundings. It's not just women; some men have also been spotted relying on these models.
