KatadataOTO – Yamaha Rev Festival 2025 has just concluded. The event, held at Senayan Park (SPARK), Jakarta, took place on December 20–21.
This event was claimed to have successfully attracted thousands of visitors, drawing automotive enthusiasts in droves.
This is because the Yamaha Rev Festival 2025 became a meeting space for the public, loyal Yamaha consumers, and the younger generation to enjoy various exciting activities.
Considering there were various special booths and competitions held, it served as an entertainment medium for the people of Jakarta.
“This Yamaha Rev Festival event is a form of appreciation from Yamaha to all parties who have been an important part of Yamaha's journey,” said Rifki Maulana, Manager of Public Relations, YRA & Community at Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing.
Rifki explained that Yamaha presented various interesting activities. In addition, there were many benefits that visitors could enjoy.
Moreover, the event also celebrated a decade of Maxi Yamaha in Indonesia, making it feel very special for them.
“We continue to evolve to meet the mobility needs of the Indonesian people, so we are holding the national CustoMaxi Final Round at this event,” Rifki affirmed.
Indeed, the CustoMaxi Final Round was the most prominent part of the event series, considering the winners from six cities were present again.
For example, Semarang, Makassar, Bandung, Tangerang, Balikpapan, and Medan took part.
They battled and competed at the national level, showcasing creative modifications of premium Yamaha scooters.
From the Yamaha Lexi, Aerox, Nmax to the Xmax were displayed there. All of them had undergone many modifications by the customizers.
Approximately 48 motorcycles competed in several categories, such as Street Maxi, Super Maxi, and The King of Maxi.
A participant from Aceh became the champion in the CustoMaxi Final Round. He brought a first-generation Yamaha Xmax.
“This is 98 percent modified, from the body, engine crankcase, it's already a monoshock double disc. The only things we didn't change are the frame and the wiring,” said In Greath Sitepu, winner of The King of Maxi.
It was mentioned that he had spent more than Rp 700 million to modify the Yamaha Xmax.
He admitted to being happy and delighted to win The King of MAXI title, considering the very tight competition.
The participants displayed various excellent modifications. However, In Greath managed to be the winner.
For your information, In Greath embedded 45.25 grams and 47.64 grams of gold, shaped as the Yamaha logo, on his motorcycle.
