Customers can conduct vehicle surveys online via video call, assisted by a surveyor.

This new feature is in line with the tagline 'Claim from Anywhere'. Allowing loyal customers to conduct vehicle surveys anywhere.

Virtual Survey is here to meet the needs of the people in the country. Moreover, its development is in line with the changing times.

Following the pandemic that occurred some time ago, people have become accustomed to the concept of working from anywhere.

Therefore, Garda Oto customers do not need to visit branch offices or even Garda Centers.

Even for remote areas, the survey can be done independently with the help of the nearest partner workshop.
