KatadataOTO – Garda Oto will celebrate its 30th anniversary on June 1, 2025. To commemorate this three-decade milestone, they are holding an event involving their loyal customers.

Not only that, Garda Oto is also involving customers' families. In total, 270 participants took part in the event held at Dufan, Ancol, North Jakarta.

Thirty years is a long time for an insurance company. As a result, many customers have entrusted their vehicle protection to them for generations.

“We always look forward to meeting and interacting with customers directly. There are always stories, feedback, and new inspiration,” said Maximiliaan Agatisianus, President Director of Asuransi Astra in a press release quoted on Tuesday (06/03).

A number of activities were presented to liven up the event, including a driving simulator challenge, a face painting corner, a caricature corner, tire-changing games, and an interactive photobooth.

On this occasion, Garda Oto also introduced the Virtual Survey feature. Available in the myGarda application, customers can conduct vehicle surveys online.

Garda Oto customers can make a video call assisted by a surveyor from anywhere. In line with the tagline, Claim from Anywhere.

This feature was developed in line with the times. It is known that people's needs have changed since the pandemic.

Flexibility in carrying out various activities has become important. As a result, the term Work From Anywhere emerged.

Garda Oto welcomes this change to continue presenting the latest innovations. Even in remote areas, surveys can be done independently with the help of the nearest partner workshop.

However, customers still want to communicate directly with a Garda Oto surveyor. Thus, the Virtual Survey feature was born.

Furthermore, customers can also use this innovation to monitor the issuance of a Work Order (SPK). They can also monitor the work on their unit through the myGarda application.
