Andre Mulyadi, known as the director of IMX (Indonesia Modification Expo), has joined the IMI management board.
KatadataOTO – Moreno Soeprapto as the elected Chairman of IMI (Indonesian Motor Association), has just announced the central management structure for the 2025 – 2030 term.
The new management structure has been approved by Marciano Norman, Chairman of KONI (Indonesian National Sports Committee).
Behind the new IMI management is Andre Mulyadi, known as the Founder of NMAA (National Modificator & Aftermarket Association) and Project Director of IMX (Indonesia Modification Expo).
Andre himself serves as the Director of Modification and Electric Vehicles for IMI Central. He was chosen for his significant role in the modification world in Indonesia.
“I will synergize the potential of NMAA and IMX under the IMI umbrella, to align with the government's efforts to develop the creative potential of the younger generation,” said Andre in a press release quoted on (30/10).
He further stated that IMX has proven its capabilities, especially in building a positive, professional, and globally competitive modification ecosystem.
It is believed that the collaboration between IMI and NMAA will mutually strengthen positive synergy. Andre also played a role in the creation of SKKNI (Indonesian National Work Competency Standards).
One of them is the SKKNI for the Motor Vehicle Modification Industry from the Ministry of Industry, Number 52 of 2021.
This gives the Indonesian modification world clear recognition from the state. Additionally, it is capable of producing certified and competitive automotive human resources.
“I believe IMX is a very important area in the development of the automotive world, especially the local modification scene,” said Moreno.
Then, as one of the IMI officials, he ensures that the development of modification in Indonesia will proceed positively.
For example, IMI's support for IMX over the years is tangible proof of its commitment to fostering, directing, and opening up wide opportunities for Indonesian modders to grow.
The inclusion of Andre Mulyadi is believed to strengthen the official national automotive institution and creative industry players.
Thus accelerating the growth of a sustainable modification, aftermarket, and electric vehicle ecosystem in the country.
IMX itself has been running for eight consecutive years and continues to grow. Many talented modders from the country have gone international.
