This time, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) commercial vehicles in Indonesia, held the final round of the Fuso National Dealer Contest 2026.

In the event that took place at the KTB Conference Room on January 14, 2026, they reinforced their role as a true business mainstay.

Moreover, Mitsubishi Fuso emphasizes one of its service pillars, namely the Customer Business Consultant.

This role is embodied by the frontline team in the Sales, Service, and Spare Part (3S) line, the Customer Satisfaction (CS) team, and the Runner Telematics team.

All the roles mentioned above are said to be prepared to become business consultants for all Mitsubishi Fuso consumers in the country.

“Success in becoming a market leader must be supported by the excellence of human resources,” said Aji Jaya, Sales & Marketing Director of PT KTB in an official statement on Friday (16/01).

Aji emphasized the importance of human resource quality in maintaining market position, while also providing the best service for loyal consumers.

Therefore, the Japanese brand held the Fuso National Dealer Contest to improve service quality.

“The role of all of you is very important to convince consumers that Mitsubishi Fuso products are the right solution for their business,” continued Aji.

Meanwhile, from the after-sales service side, this year's competition is aimed at testing the after-sales service team to provide precise and accurate solutions.

This way, the consumer's business operations can continue without obstacles, in line with the Zero Down Time pillar.

This is achieved by ensuring every mechanic has responsive and solution-oriented technical skills in the field.
