Mitsubishi Fuso Proves Quality, Holds Dealer Competition

Mitsubishi Fuso provided aid to flood victims in Sumatra, including ready-to-eat food and vehicle services.

KatadataOTO – The Sumatra floods continue to be in the public spotlight. Especially after thousands of people became victims.
This has prompted Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso commercial vehicles, to take action.
They are participating in the emergency response process for the affected communities. Such as by providing donations to the victims.
In the form of ready-to-eat meals, staple food packages, sanitation tools, and public kitchen management.
"As a company that always wants to be there for the people of Indonesia, we are very moved to help the people of Sumatra who are facing a severe trial," said Daisuke Okamoto, President Director of KTB in an official statement, Wednesday (10/12).
The distribution of donations is carried out in collaboration with social institutions (NGOs) that have capacity in the fields of disaster response and humanitarian aid.
Mitsubishi Fuso hopes that the assistance provided can lighten the burden of the Sumatra flood victims through the 'Fuso Cares for Sumatra' program.
Through this program, KTB is providing free Mobile Workshop Service (MWS) visits to customer locations.
Furthermore, vehicle towing facilities to the dealership. KTB is also providing vehicle inspection assistance in the form of tank draining, general check-ups, and engine & electrical checks.
The Japanese brand is also offering discounts on spare part purchases of up to 30 percent. And a reduction in overhaul service costs of up to 40 percent.
"Hopefully, what we can provide will become positive energy for the community to keep moving forward through these difficult times," he affirmed.
A similar sentiment was also conveyed by Aji Jaya, Sales & Marketing Director of KTB. He stated that they are ready to provide support and assistance to all consumers in Sumatra.
A number of Mitsubishi Fuso dealerships around the disaster area have also been equipped with MWS vehicles. They can go directly to the locations of consumers in need.
"If spare part replacements are needed, we have also prepared the Fuso Cares for Sumatra program that consumers can receive," said Aji.
