KatadataOTO – Riva Siahaan, President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, has been named a suspect in a corruption case involving the management of crude oil and refinery products.

There were also rumors that Pertamax fuel (BBM) was being mixed with subsidized Pertalite gasoline. However, this narrative has been denied by Pertamina.

Despite the case, PT Pertamina (Persero) guarantees that the operational and distribution of fuel and LPG to the public will continue as usual.

It should be noted that Pertamina Patra Niaga is a subsidiary of Pertamina engaged in the trade of processed petroleum products.

The president director implicated in the corruption case is recorded as having a wealth of IDR 18.9 billion, as noted in the LHKPN (State Officials' Wealth Report), reported in 2023.

Quoted from the report, on Tuesday (25/2), it was revealed that Riva owns five motor vehicles valued from IDR 5 million to IDR 1.5 billion.

For two-wheeled vehicles, there is a self-acquired 2011 Honda Revo worth IDR 5 million. Interestingly, he owns a 2014 Piaggio MP3 three-wheeled motorcycle valued at IDR 175 million.

The most expensive motorcycle he owns is a 2005 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic, recorded as a self-acquired asset valued at IDR 320 million.

He only reported two four-wheeled vehicles. The first is a 2018 luxury MPV, the Toyota Vellfire, worth IDR 850 million.

Lastly, a 2023 Lexus RX350 SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) with a value equivalent to IDR 1.55 billion.
