Toyota bZ3X Electric Car Sells for Around Rp 246 Million, Highly Sought After

KatadataOTO – The electric car market is buzzing again in early March 2025. This is because the Toyota bZ3X has just been released for consumers.

Reporting from Carnewschina, this EV (Electric Vehicle) was officially launched in China on Thursday (06/03).

The Toyota bZ3X is the result of a collaboration with GAC. The environmentally friendly four-wheeled vehicle is based on the Aion V electric car.

Then, about 65 percent of the components used are all from China. Another one percent of its parts are imported.

“The size, electric motor, and overall powertrain are the same. However, a different battery is used,” wrote Carnewschina on Sunday (09/03).

Visually, the Toyota bZ3X has a minimalist look with a Two-Tone touch. The mirror area is also wrapped in black, adding to the sporty impression of the SUV.

Meanwhile, its fascia is still identical to the bZ4X and a number of the latest generation Toyota electrification models, using the hammerhead design.

In terms of dimensions, this SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) looks larger despite still having a 5-seater configuration. The cabin is offered as spacious and with a luxurious feel.

It should be noted that the bZ3X has a length of 4,600 mm, a width of 1,875 mm, and a height of 1,645 mm. For comparison, the dimensions of the Toyota bZ4X marketed in the country are 4,690 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,600 mm in height.

Moving inside, the interior of the Toyota bZ3X electric car looks quite minimalist. In the center is a 14.6-inch head unit.

The screen functions as an entertainment system and for making various vehicle settings. It also displays information from the bZ3X's powertrain.

Overall, the EV's cabin is wrapped in a combination of white and brown colors, making it look quite bright.

As for the powertrain, this Toyota electric car is equipped with a 150 kW and 165 kW electric motor. It is claimed to be able to take the bZ3X up to 160 km per hour.
