KatadataOTO – The boxy Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) Jetour T2 was officially launched at the GJAW 2025 event with a price tag in the Rp 500 million range.

This model targets urban consumers who need a comfortable vehicle for daily mobility, but is also tough enough to tackle offroad terrain.

Carrying the 'Travel Plus' concept, it is hoped that the Jetour T2 can accommodate consumer needs to drive in various road conditions without worry.

“Our consumers like to explore and appreciate good design. So we are here not only for urban mobility but also for outdoor adventures,” said Caroline Ling, President Director of Motor Indonesia in Tangerang some time ago.

KatadataOTO, along with several media colleagues, had the opportunity to test the Jetour T2 in an offroad area in the Pagedangan region, BSD City, Tangerang.

There are several advantages highlighted during the experience, namely cabin comfort and ease of handling.

The Jetour T2 is equipped with eight driving modes. However, if the driver activates X Smart Mode, the car can adjust the mode according to the road conditions encountered.

“We position the Jetour T2 as a multi-condition SUV for driving, family transport, hangouts, and being fun-to-drive,” said Moch. Ranggy Radiansyah, Marketing Director of PT Jetour Motor Indonesia on the same occasion.

Upon entering the driver's cabin, the seat automatically moves back to facilitate access. All its adjustments are also electric.
