Changan's golden shield battery is also equipped with cell-to-vehicle (CTC) technology. This allows for direct integration between the battery and the vehicle's structure, resulting in a system efficiency of up to 86 percent.
This design is not only lighter but also has a positive effect on cabin space. As a result, headroom increases by 11.9 mm, a step towards blending technology with comfort.

Finally, the golden shield battery also pioneers the world's first high-frequency wave battery heating technology.
The charging process from 30 percent to 80 percent takes only 10 minutes. Meanwhile, charging from 0 percent to 80 percent at a temperature of -30°C can be cut down to 40 minutes.
Faster than current technology. This allows Changan's electric cars to remain reliable in various climate conditions, from hot tropics to extreme cold.
