Electric Car Prices September 2025, Starting from Rp 100 Million

KatadataOTO – Prices for electric cars in September 2025 remain relatively stable. Several products can be ordered at their introductory prices from GIIAS 2025, which ended last month.

For example, the Cortez Darion EV. Although the price of this electric car has not been officially revealed, it is estimated to be under Rp 500 million on the road in Jakarta.

Then there are still electric car options in the Rp 100 million range. For instance, the Wuling Air ev and BYD Atto 1 are both sold for around Rp 195 million.

The Jaecoo J5 EV is also offered at an introductory price starting from around Rp 350 million. This car previously debuted at the IIMS 2025 event as a prototype.

It should be noted that this sub-brand of Chery previously only offered gasoline and hybrid-engine Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs).

Another 5-seater electric car option is the GAC Aion UT. However, the official price for this model has not been officially set, but it is estimated to be around Rp 300 million.

Then there is the Toyota bZ4X, which will soon be locally assembled in Indonesia before the end of 2025. Currently sold for over Rp 1 billion, the Completely Knocked Down (CKD) version of this product is expected to have a lower and more competitive price.

Based on KatadataOTO's search on Thursday (04/09), electric car prices as of September 2025 are still stable. No manufacturers have made price adjustments.
