Jaecoo Expedites J5 EV Deliveries to Indonesian Consumers, 6,000 Units Ordered

Many brands are raising electric car prices as of February 2025. KatadataOTO has compiled the complete list below.
KatadataOTO – Entering February 2025, there are still various electric car options to choose from for those of you who want to switch from conventional vehicles. The models range from SUVs to MPVs.
Based on KatadataOTO's search on Tuesday (4/2), the cheapest EV (Electric Vehicle) is still the Wuling Air ev, starting from IDR 179.1 million. Wuling was also observed not to have adjusted its prices this month.
However, a number of other brands have raised their prices as of February 2025. For example, the electric vehicle line from Hyundai.
Referring to information from its official website, the Ioniq 5 has seen a price increase of up to IDR 80 million for all its types. Meanwhile, the Kona Electric is no longer IDR 499 million; its lowest variant is sold for IDR 551.8 million.
However, the price of one of their EV models, the Ioniq 6, which is still fully imported from South Korea, has actually decreased.
Meanwhile, the price of the newest electric MPV from BYD has also increased, with each variant increasing by IDR 4 million.
Chery Omoda E5 Pure increased by IDR 5.7 million. Then, the J6 offroad electric SUV also saw an increase of IDR 7 million, except for the Phantom Edition type.
