It was then reported that a number of customers needing vehicle spare parts have to wait for up to 10 months.

Currently, he revealed that stock of the Neta V-II is still available. Meanwhile, the Neta X SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) model is sold out.

“Production has now stopped (in Thailand) because there are no parts to assemble the cars. We have to wait for new investors before assembly can start again,” he said.

Vehicle warranties also cannot be claimed at dealers by Thai customers until funding from China returns to normal. Meanwhile, Autolifethailand notes that Neta has 22,000 customers there.

“Although some dealers are no longer selling (Neta cars), we ask them to continue providing after-sales service to support our 22,000 customers in Thailand. We still have to wait for when the spare parts can arrive,” he stressed.

In Indonesia, rumors of Neta's downfall circulated strongly after their first dealer in Indonesia, located in Kelapa Gading, permanently closed starting April 2025.

Neta Indonesia confirmed that the dealer closure is part of their strategic decision within the country.
