Polytron to Launch New Electric Car in 2026

Daihatsu retains its second position in national car sales throughout 2024, with the LCGC Sigra being its biggest contributor.
Undeniably, there will be challenges to face in 2025. Due to the implementation of several policies, one of which is the 12 percent VAT.
Currently, the tax increase directly affects the OTR (On The Road) price of cars, including the LCGCs offered by Daihatsu.
As of January 2025, the figures have increased by around Rp 2 million to Rp 3 million from the price in the previous period at the end of 2024. The following are the Daihatsu LCGC prices after the tax increase.
