Affirming Long-Term Commitment

The availability of outlets and dealer networks is an important consideration for consumers when buying an electric car.

In response, VinFast is strengthening its dealer and showroom network in various regions of Indonesia.

During the GIIAS 2025 exhibition, VinFast signed a cooperation agreement with new dealer partners to strengthen sales.

“With VinFast's comprehensive support for dealer partners, we are committed to ensuring every consumer in Indonesia receives professional consultation services and the best after-sales policies,” said Kariyanto Hardjosoemarto, CEO of VinFast Indonesia in an official broadcast, quoted Thursday (18/12).

Speaking of sales services, VinFast offers free charging at all their facilities, namely V-Green, until 2028.

Meanwhile, the resale value of VinFast's vehicle line is guaranteed to remain at 90 percent or more of the initial price.

Affirming its presence in the country, VinFast recently built a factory in the Subang area, West Java, with a production capacity of up to 50,000 units per year.

Then, VinFast also joined as a member of the Association of Indonesia Automotive Industries (Gaikindo). This allows it to be directly involved in dialogue with stakeholders and the government in developing the automotive industry.

“Becoming a member of Gaikindo is an important step for us, confirming VinFast's long-term commitment to supporting the electric-powered mobility ecosystem in Indonesia,” Kariyanto affirmed.

Not to be forgotten is the VinFast assembly facility, which was established in just 17 months in the Subang area, West Java.

Their assembly facility is located on a 171-hectare plot of land with an investment of 300 million USD and a production capacity of 50,000 units per year.

Localization is said to be a strategic decision in line with the country's electrification roadmap.

VinFast also has a target to continuously increase the Domestic Component Level (TKDN), to 40 percent in 2026 and 60 percent by 2030.

The presence of the VinFast factory also has a domino effect, creating 5,000 to 15,000 new jobs across various industries.
