Rizki Juniansyah, an Indonesian weightlifter, added to Indonesia's gold medal tally at the SEA Games 2025.

KatadataOTO – Rizki Juniansyah has once again made Indonesia proud. This time, he successfully won a gold medal.
The weightlifting athlete achieved this success at the SEA Games 2025 at Chonburi Sports School on Monday (15/12).
He dominated the competition by recording a 160 kg lift in the snatch, followed by 205 kg in the clean & jerk.
Overall, Rizki Juniansyah managed to lift a total of 365 kg, making him unmatched by his rivals.
Rizki was even far ahead of Muhammad Erry Hidayat, who won silver. The Malaysian athlete could only lift a total of 336 kg.
Upon closer inspection, Rizki Juniansyah's lift was almost 30 kg more than his rival from the neighboring country.
On the other hand, the 22-year-old athlete not only won gold at the 2025 SEA Games but also broke the world record in the 79 kg category.
His clean & jerk and total lifts became the best in the world, a sweet achievement for Indonesia on the international stage.
As for the total lift, he managed to surpass the record held by Abdelrahman Younes, an athlete from Egypt, with 362 kg.
It is worth noting that Rizki Juniansyah's success brings Indonesia's gold medal tally to 50 at the 2025 SEA Games.
Separately, Rizki Juniansyah is also involved in the automotive world. He is known to have a collection of large-displacement motorcycles (moge).
Judging from his Instagram account @rjuniansyah, there are several bikes that this proud Indonesian athlete rides.
