IMX Hub Offers a Unique Gathering Place for Automotive Enthusiasts

KatadataOTO – IMX (Indonesia Modification & Lifestyle Expo) has officially opened the IMX Hub. The physical space is located in Bandung, West Java.

This inauguration is said to be a sign of IMX's evolution. Starting as an annual event, it has become an ecosystem for the national automotive community.

The city of Bandung was chosen because it is a tourist city, so visitors can enjoy the IMX atmosphere at any time.

Carrying the theme 'Driven by Culture', IMX Hub is a premium offline space. An integration of car culture with the ingrained coffee trend.

“We want the community not just to gather, but also to collaborate, learn, and enjoy car culture in a different way,” said Andre Mulyadi, Project Director of IMX in Bandung (22/01).

Visitors are expected to get a quality experience and curation in the style of IMX. As a result, it can satisfy car enthusiasts, modders, brands, and content creators.

IMX Hub itself has operational hours from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM WIB. Using a seasonal system, the first session will run until the Eid al-Fitr period.

The opening ceremony was enlivened by the launch of the Garasi Drift project. They launched the Drift Bull Lamborghini Murciélago.

The V12-engined supercar will be modified to be the star at the main IMX 2026 event.

Using a Lamborghini makes this the biggest and most expensive project for Garasi Drift in their history.

Then there is also a culinary collaboration that presents a special menu made from a secret recipe.

Turbo Bastard Wheel (TBW) products are also present in the form of limited units from a collaboration with Hot Wheels.

Inside the IMX Hub, visitors can see cool modified cars. Starting from Raffi Ahmad's LBWK Lamborghini Aventador, the Veilside Fortune RX-7 Venom, a GT3-engined Nissan R35 GT-R, and the Suzuki S-Presso GH Style.

The main menu offered at IMX Hub is Mie Turbo Overboost. Then there are single turbo and twin turbo options.

Then there is the Signature Roasted Chicken, a dish of chicken marinated with Tamarind and coffee.

IMX Hub unites five main pillars: Culture Cafe, Experiential Showroom, Event & Community Space, Creative & Content Studio (including a podcast room), and a Toys, Diecast, & Merchandise Hub.
