How to Block STNK at the Samsat Office

  • Bring all required documents
  • Go to the STNK blocking counter
  • Fill out the blocking form and sign it over a 10,000 rupiah duty stamp
  • Submit all documents and the form to the Samsat officer
  • Take a photocopy of the form that has been officially stamped as proof of the vehicle blocking request

Blocking STNK Online

On the other hand, if you don't have time to go directly to the Samsat office, you can block the vehicle's STNK online. Drivers can do it from home using a smart device.

  • Open the website pajakonline.jakarta.go.id
  • If you don't have an account yet, select the 'Register' menu
  • Fill in your identity details completely as per your KTP (ID Card)
  • Check 'I Agree With the Terms and Conditions Above' then click 'Register'
  • Open your email and activate the account via the email sent by BPRD Jakarta
  • Click the 'Login' menu and enter your email address and password
  • Go to the pajakonline.jakarta.go.id homepage, select the 'PKB' menu
  • click 'Services'
  • select 'Report of Sale Application'
  • Click the 'Submit Report of Sale' menu
  • Select the vehicle you want to block
  • Fill in all the data
  • click the 'Send' button
  • If approved, the blocking information will be sent via e-mail or will be visible in the PKB column.
