Yamaha Hopes the Opsen Policy in 2026 Will Favor Consumers

The vehicle tax amnesty program is being held again to ease and reduce the burden on motorcycle and car owners.

In their post, it was mentioned that this program is stipulated in Bali Governor Regulation Number 53 of 2025.
It explains the Provision of Relief and/or Reduction of Principal Motor Vehicle Tax and Motor Vehicle Title Transfer Fees.
It was further stated that the reduction in the principal PKB is eight percent for motorcycles with a maximum engine capacity of 200 cc, while those above that are subject to a nine percent reduction.
In addition, taxpayers who diligently fulfill their obligations without any arrears are entitled to an additional reduction in the principal PKB.
With details of an additional 10 percent for vehicles under 200 cc, and five percent for engine capacities above that.
Lastly, Southeast Sulawesi is holding a vehicle tax amnesty. According to an Antara report, this program is stipulated in Governor's Decree Number 100.3.3.1/107 of 2020.
It discusses the waiver of fines and principal arrears of motor vehicle tax for the year 2024 and before for school and university students until April 2026.
This program is presented as a form of concern from the regional government for school and university students in Bumi Anoa.
