1,000 Units of Chery Tiggo Cross CSH Delivered to Consumers Today

KatadataOTO – The newest model from PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI), the Chery Tiggo Cross CSH, began shipping to its customers today, Saturday (25/10).

It should be noted that the Chery Tiggo Cross CSH is a new 5-seater hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) option targeting families and young consumers.

“I heard that previously consumers might have chosen other cars, but in the end, out of many options, they chose the Chery Tiggo Cross CSH for their future life,” said Wang Peng, Chief Operating Officer of PT CSI in Jakarta, on Saturday.

The Chery Tiggo Cross CSH itself has become one of the backbones of PT CSI's sales in Indonesia due to several advantages.

The quality that Chery wants to highlight is the fuel efficiency of the Tiggo Cross CSH.

“Because on a full tank, the (Chery Tiggo Cross CSH) can travel 1,000 kilometers,” said Budi Darmawan, Country Vice President of PT CSI on the same occasion.

He further explained that the battery and engine in the Chery Tiggo Cross CSH are indeed dedicated to hybrid technology, allowing the car to achieve the best efficiency.

In terms of after-sales, Chery confirmed that the first 1,000 buyers will receive a 10-year engine warranty, and an eight-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty for the battery.

Consumers can also enjoy a 24-hour call center if they need assistance when the car experiences problems.

“In addition, there is a technical helpline team, supporting sales, service, and spare parts services,” said Reza Deniar, Head of Aftersales at PT CSI.

To increase peace of mind for consumers, including Chery Tiggo Cross CSH users, they are targeting to open 80 dealers throughout Indonesia.

“We have now standardized for 3S in accordance with Chery's global standards,” Reza affirmed.

For your information, the Chery Tiggo Cross CSH debuted at GIIAS 2025 with a price starting from Rp 319 million.

Its exterior design is still similar to the non-hybrid variant. But in terms of the powertrain, the Chery Tiggo Cross CSH is embedded with a 1,498 cc capacity engine combined with an electric motor.

The power output is claimed to reach 201 hp with a peak torque of 319 Nm.

Then there is a battery made of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP), with a capacity of 1.8 kWh.
