KatadataOTO – Jaecoo Indonesia has handed over 300 units of the J7 SHS (Super Hybrid System) to consumers in Indonesia. The car, which enters the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) segment, is believed to satisfy its customers.
A number of the first customers residing in the Jakarta area and its surroundings were present to directly receive their vehicles at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025. The event was claimed to be an important milestone for the company.
“This is the best moment for us, and I am grateful and appreciate the consumers' trust in the company's products,” said Max. Max Zhou, Country Director of Jaecoo Indonesia.
He also revealed that his party has received a positive response from the Indonesian public. Not only for its elegant and masculine design, but the offered SHS technology can be a driving solution.
In general, the Jaecoo J7 SHS has a bold appearance thanks to the presence of a large grille with vertical DRL LEDs. The car also has several aerodynamic lines, making it feel more dynamic.
Entering the cabin, the driver will be spoiled by a digital cockpit with a 14.8-inch touchscreen and a 10.25-inch instrument screen. Additional features include a Head-Up Display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a premium 8-speaker Sony audio system, and dual-zone Automatic AC.
