KatadataOTO – ACC (Astra Credit Companies) has made a new breakthrough. The financing company has launched 7 Mobile Branch units.

This step was taken with the aim of increasing sales by 2026, so that consumers can be better served.

The ACC Mobile Branch will serve as a sales service office in potential areas, especially those already supported by automotive dealers.

ACC's new innovation is also part of a strategy to accelerate sales growth, while providing customers with an easier and faster transaction acquisition process.

“The ACC Mobile Branch is expected to increase financing in potential areas that are far from branch offices,” said Tan Chian Hok, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer of ACC in a press release (04/11).

The 7 new vehicles will be in several regions of Indonesia such as Kalimantan, East Java, and Sumatra. Scheduled unit operations will begin at the end of 2025.

The 7 ACC Mobile Branches themselves use the Toyota Hilux Rangga. The light commercial vehicle has been modified to become a mini office.

The Toyota Hilux Rangga itself was just launched at the GIIAS 2024 event. This model is indeed targeting the commercial segment.

As a light commercial unit, the Hilux Rangga has a length of 5,300 mm, a width of 1,785 mm, and a height of 1,735 mm. Its wheelbase reaches 3,085 mm.

The Rangga's curb weight is claimed to be 2,790 kilograms, while its turning radius is 4.9 meters, making it easy to maneuver on narrow roads.

The Toyota Hilux Rangga is marketed with two engine options: gasoline and diesel.

The gasoline engine has the code 1TR-FE 2.0 L. This power source is believed to be capable of producing an output of 137 hp and 183 Nm of torque.

Then, the diesel mechanical engine is coded 2GD-FTV 2.4 L. The engine's power output is 146 hp with a peak torque of 343 Nm.

The gasoline version is only available with a five-speed manual transmission option. For the diesel, there is an automatic transmission.

Both of the engines above are actually commonly used in previous models. Similar engines have been relied upon in the Kijang Innova Reborn and Fortuner.

The Toyota Hilux Rangga is marketed with prices starting from Rp 190 million to Rp 306 million.
