KatadataOTO – A former official of the MA (Supreme Court), Zarof Ricar was named a suspect in an alleged money laundering case on April 10, 2025.
Previously, towards the end of October 2024, the Attorney General's Office confiscated a pile of money amounting to Rp 915 billion and 51 kilograms of gold from Zarof Ricar's house in the Senopati area, Jakarta.
For your information, Zarof Ricar is the former Head of the Research and Development, Education and Training Agency for Law and Judiciary of the Supreme Court.
He became a suspect in an alleged bribery case for handling the cassation case of convict Ronald Tannur.
“In relation to that, investigators at Jampidsus (Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes) have also named ZR as a suspect in alleged money laundering,” said Harli Siregar, Head of the Legal Information Center of the Attorney General's Office, as quoted from Antara, Tuesday (29/04).
Investigators are also said to have made efforts to block a number of other assets suspected of belonging to Zarof Ricar.
The total of Rp 915 billion confiscated by the Attorney General's Office is equivalent to around 2,400 units of the Seres 3, an electric car that debuted at PEVS (Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show) 2025 today.
For your information, the Seres 3 was presented by PT Sokonindo Automobile at the PEVS 2025 event as part of the manufacturer's commitment to building the EV (Electric Vehicle) ecosystem in Indonesia.
This model is still in its introductory phase, but it is already available for order and is scheduled to launch in the near future. Specifically, at the GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show) 2025 automotive exhibition, along with the handover of units.
Since its debut at GIIAS 2019, the Seres 3 is said to have undergone various changes in its exterior sector and vehicle software.
Priced at around Rp 370 million OTR (on the road) Jakarta, the brand from China hopes its model will be well received by Indonesian consumers.
The Seres 3 uses a 54 kWh capacity battery, offers 201 hp of power, and can reach a top speed of 165 km/h. Meanwhile, its 0-100 km/h acceleration can be achieved in just 8.5 seconds.
There's no need to worry about the driving range, as the Seres 3 can support a journey of up to 412 km on a single charge.
