KatadataOTOAion Indonesia is serious about pampering its customers. One way is by establishing a dealer network in the country.

The brand from China intends to build several new dealerships in Indonesia throughout 2025.

“In 2025, our target is over 50 dealership units. As of now, the number has already reached 40 locations,” said Andry Ciu, CEO of Aion Indonesia in Yogyakarta some time ago.

He further stated that Aion already has a number of dealerships. For example, those located on the islands of Sumatra and Kalimantan.

Followed by several locations in areas from Java to Bali. This is expected to provide a sense of security and comfort for customers.

Moreover, Aion electric cars have been delivered throughout the country. Therefore, the manufacturer from China must accelerate the addition of dealerships.

This step is a form of Aion Indonesia's commitment to introducing its flagship products and modern features to domestic consumers.

Furthermore, the addition of new Aion dealerships is expected to expand the after-sales service reach and provide maximum service for EV (Electric Vehicle) buyers.

On the other hand, Aion also plans to add charging stations at every dealership. This is important so that their electric car users can charge their vehicles.

“As for building dedicated public EV charging stations (SPKLU), maybe not in 2025. However, all our dealerships will be equipped with charging stations,” he stated.

Furthermore, to further pamper Aion electric car users, they are also increasing the number of charging stations with fast charging features.

“We will prepare them in several locations. It's free; this is already in effect, so many customers are not charged (when charging),” Andry Ciu affirmed.
