BAIC BJ30 Hybrid FWD Launches at GJAW 2025, Promotional Price Available

KatadataOTO – BAIC Indonesia officially launched the BJ30 Hybrid FWD at the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2025. This car is a more affordable variant compared to the AWD version.

Although more affordable, the BAIC BJ30 Hybrid FWD is claimed to still meet the mobility needs of the public. From comfort to performance, it has been designed to remain optimal.

“Our presence at GJAW 2025 proves that we continue to present vehicles with the latest technology and competitive prices. The debut of the BJ30 Hybrid FWD has expanded the choices for consumers,” said Dhani Yahya, Chief Operating Officer of BAIC Indonesia.

The presence of the BJ30 Hybrid FWD is said to be an alternative option for both urban users and families. This is because the car remains multifunctional, comfortable, and stylish even with a more economical price.

The car is still equipped with the “Smart Magic Core Hybrid” and a “Dedicated Hybrid Transmission”. This combination is designed to create a blend of high performance, fuel efficiency, and powertrain flexibility through the synergy of the electric motor and gasoline engine.

Thanks to this, the car can travel more than 1,000 km when the gasoline and battery are fully charged.

The cabin of the BAIC BJ30 Hybrid FWD is designed to be soundproof, providing greater comfort. This is because the car is equipped with double-layer glass in the front to make it difficult for outside noise to enter.

To protect the driver, the BAIC BJ30 Hybrid is equipped with an Adaptive Driver Assistance System (ADAS). It includes 12 active safety features that can assist the driver while driving.

During GJAW 2025, the BJ30 Hybrid FWD is sold for IDR 499 million. This price is cheaper than the normal price of IDR 529 million.

Although offered at a promotional price, customers still receive maximum service from the manufacturer. This includes free periodic maintenance for up to 4.5 years or 45,000 km, a 5-year / 150,000 km vehicle warranty, and 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) for five years.

All these conveniences are expected to attract customers to purchase the BJ30 Hybrid FWD.
