Pegadaian becomes a financing partner for DFSK and Seres vehicle lines, targeting fleet customers and business owners.
KatadataOTO – DFSK and Seres under PT Sokonindo Automobile officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Pegadaian on the sidelines of GJAW 2025.
This collaboration aims to provide financing access for consumers who want to buy the DFSK and Seres vehicle lineup. This includes the newest commercial vehicle variant line that debuted at GJAW 2025.
Notably, this makes DFSK the first four-wheeled automotive brand to collaborate with Pegadaian to provide financing.
DFSK stated that the decision is an important step and a form of their commitment to accelerating electrification, especially in the business world.
“We are proud to be the first automotive company to collaborate with Pegadaian in vehicle financing. A collaboration that we believe will further open market access for DFSK and Seres vehicles,” said Cing Hok Rifin, Director of Sales Center PT Sokonindo Automobile in Tangerang, Wednesday (26/11).
On the other hand, a Pegadaian representative said that the collaboration helps expand their portfolio in financing for the automotive and electric mobility sectors.
“Through our sharia financing program, we are committed to providing easy, fast, and affordable vehicle ownership solutions. So that it can contribute directly to the growth of small and medium enterprises throughout Indonesia,” said Holirur Rohman, Senior Vice President of PT Pegadaian Syariah on the same occasion.
It was further explained that DFSK and Seres consumers will be offered various sharia-based financing programs. The financing application and approval process is faster, with various tenor options.
The financing scheme can be adjusted according to the needs and abilities of consumers, as well as the operations of various business scales.
“With Pegadaian's widespread network of 4,892 outlets, we ensure that people in big cities and regional areas can now access their dream vehicles and quality business support from DFSK and Seres,” Holirur affirmed.
For your information, several DFSK and Seres vehicle lines are presented at GJAW 2025. For example, the DFSK Gelora E, a commercial electric car priced starting from Rp 248 million.
Then there's the DFSK Super Cab priced at Rp 153.5 million, and the compact electric car Seres E targeting urban consumers, priced at Rp 189 million.
It should be noted that these prices are on-the-road for Jakarta. All of them can be seen in person at GJAW 2025 until this coming November 30.
