The collaboration between DFSK Seres and Otoklix aims to make vehicle servicing easier for consumers, especially for EVs.
KatadataOTO – Chinese manufacturer, DFSK Seres is collaborating with Otoklix to provide after-sales services for customers in Indonesia.
Considering after-sales service is one of the important considerations for consumers before purchasing a motor vehicle, including cars.
Through this collaboration, the range of DFSK Seres vehicles can be serviced at the official Otoklix outlet network.

This combines Otoklix's capable workshops with advanced diagnostic equipment and trained technicians. Thus, they can handle various models available in the country.
“We at Otoklix hope this collaboration can accelerate not only the adoption (of electric vehicles) but also the maintenance of DFSK Seres,” said Martin Rethan Suryohusodo, CEO of Otoklix on the same occasion.
It is hoped that the collaboration between the two parties can help support the acceleration of electric car adoption in Indonesia, where the trend has been increasingly positive recently.
In the initial stage, it was explained that the collaboration between DFSK Seres and Otoklix will involve several Otoklix workshops located in the Depok, Simprug, Ciputat, and Daan Mogot areas.
