The price of the Geely EX5 was unveiled at the IIMS 2025 exhibition, and it is more affordable, with various benefits also included.
KatadataOTO – Geely Auto has finally released the price of its first product in Indonesia, taking advantage of the IIMS 2025 event. The electric car Geely EX5 is officially priced starting from IDR 475 million.
This Premium EV SUV type vehicle focuses on efficiency, safety, and driving comfort. It is hoped that this will add to the electric car options for the Indonesian people.
“Indonesia is one of the fastest-growing automotive markets, especially in the adoption of electric vehicles. By presenting the Geely EX5, we want to contribute to accelerating the EV transition,” said Victor Gao, CEO of Geely Auto Indonesia at the booth opening at JIExpo, Kemayoran (13/02).
The Geely EX5 is offered in two variant options, namely Pro and Max. The official price for the Geely EX5 Pro is IDR 475 million and the Max version is IDR 515 million on the road Jakarta.
Interestingly, during the IIMS 2025 exhibition, visitors can purchase the Geely EX5 Pro for IDR 465 million and the Max variant for IDR 505 million.
In addition, if you make a transaction during the IIMS 2025 event, consumers can get various benefits. The benefits offered are as follows:
The Geely EX5 carries Short Blade battery technology. The power storage can be charged from 30 percent to 80 percent in just 20 minutes.
The component's durability is stated to be more than 3,500 charging cycles. Thus, it is claimed to be usable for journeys of more than 1 million kilometers.
“We believe that electric vehicles should not only be efficient, but also capable of providing an enjoyable driving experience,” said Yusuf Anshori, Brand Director of Geely Auto Indonesia at the same location.
