GWM Ora 03 Electric Car Officially On Sale, Priced Around Rp 300 Million

KatadataOTO – After a long wait, the GWM Ora 03 was finally officially launched for consumers in Indonesia today, Thursday (26/06).

The electric car adds to the choice of environmentally friendly vehicles for people in big cities, especially the youth in the country.

“The Ora 03 comes with a classic design touch with universal appeal, meeting the tastes of consumers in various countries,” said Zhen Boyang Howard, Director of GWM Indonesia in Jakarta.

The GWM Ora 03 itself is a pure electric car or Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) with a modern and classic design.

This is evident from the rounded shape of the headlights, which are paired with an LED lighting system.

Providing maximum illumination when used by the owner at night.

The classic impression of the GWM electric car is reflected in the overall rounded shape of the body.

For the wheels, the GWM Ora 03 is equipped with 18-inch star-shaped alloy rims.

Stepping inside, a retro-futuristic theme can also be felt, adding to the classic impression of the EV.

To pamper the owner, GWM has embedded a seven-inch digital instrument panel. Then there is a 10.25-inch touchscreen for the entertainment system.

The owner can also connect to the entertainment system via Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The GWM Ora 03 is also equipped with a wireless charger, so you can charge your smart devices during the journey.

In terms of dimensions, the electric four-wheeled vehicle has a length of 4,235 mm, a width of 1,825 mm, a height of 1,596 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,650 mm.

As for the powertrain, the GWM Ora 03 is equipped with an electric motor producing 143 hp with a peak torque of 210 Nm.

It is then paired with a 47.8 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate battery, claimed to be able to travel up to 400 kilometers on a single charge (NEDC).

The performance offered is quite capable, able to accelerate from 0–100 km/h in just 8.3 seconds.

Finally, the GWM Ora 03 is marketed in five color options: Sun Black, Hamilton White with Black Roof, Mars Red with Black Roof, Verdant Green with White Roof, and Hazel Wood Beige with Brown Roof.

If you are interested, the price of the GWM Ora 03 is around Rp 379 million On The Road (OTR) for DKI Jakarta.

However, there is a special price for consumers who want to place an order from today until GIIAS 2025, which is around Rp 369 million.
