Hyundai will launch seven new models in 2025, hoping to strengthen its position in Indonesia.

KatadataOTO – Hyundai Mobil Indonesia has confirmed it will launch at least seven new models in 2025. This step is being taken to keep their sales optimal even though the automotive market is still under pressure.
The launches will be carried out in stages and are expected to attract public interest in making purchases.
“Previously, we announced there would be four new models in 2025, but now that has been increased to seven units by the end of the year,” said Fransiscus Soerjopranoto, Chief Operating Officer of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia, this afternoon.
He even revealed that they are working to launch more models than that.
“We will provide more information later, but for now, the strategy is already underway. Perhaps Hyundai will be the first manufacturer to launch a new model in 2025,” he then emphasized.
The large number of new models is expected to boost sales this year, as the pressure on the automotive market is considered to be ongoing.
“All markets declined last year, and it is likely that this will continue. We want to offset this with product launches as one of our strategies,” he then asserted.
Previously, it was reported that Hyundai launched the Creta facelift and N Line. Various changes have been made to differentiate it from the previous design.
For the Hyundai Creta facelift, the biggest change is in the design. On the front, the Hyundai Creta has been fitted with a Black Chrome Parametric Radiator Grille, paired with MFR LED headlights and Daytime Running Lights (DRL).
Moving to the rear, Hyundai has installed an LED Rear Combination Lamp with an improved appearance.
The car still uses a 1,500 cc MPI engine with two transmission options: a 6-speed manual or an IVT. The power output is 113 hp with a peak torque of 143.8 Nm.
Meanwhile, the Hyundai Creta N Line has a sportier look compared to the version below it. Its front features a Satin Black Paint Radiator Grille and 18-inch Diamond Cut Alloy wheels with the N logo.
This sporty look is carried into the cabin with the presence of red accents characteristic of the Hyundai N Brand. There is also a 3-Spoke steering wheel, Gear Knob, and leather seats with the N logo to add an aggressive impression.
However, the most interesting feature is that the Hyundai Creta N Line is equipped with a 1,500 cc Turbo GDi engine. Its performance reaches 157 hp and 253 Nm of torque, delivered to the front two wheels via a 7-speed DCT transmission.
