KatadataOTO – Various new cars received a positive reception at GJAW 2025. As was the case for the Jetour T2 at the exhibition.
According to the Chinese brand, their new product has already been ordered by hundreds of people in the country.
"If I may provide an update, the T2 has received more than 200 national pre-bookings to date," said Michael Budihardjo, Sales & Network Director of Jetour Motor Indonesia at GJAW 2025.
According to Michael, consumers placed orders for the Jetour T2 through various methods.
Such as by visiting the nearest dealership. And also online through the Blibli website.
He also expressed his happiness because the Jetour T2 received a warm reception, resulting in hundreds of units being ordered.
For your information, the Jetour T2 is available in two powertrain options: a conventional engine and a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV).
To attract customers, the Jetour T2 is priced at Rp 568 million on-the-road Jakarta at GJAW 2025.
As a note, this price is limited in quantity. It is only for the first 500 Jetour T2 customers.
"What's certain is that Jetour sees the Indonesian market as very attractive, sexy, and challenging," Michael continued.
Therefore, Jetour has a strong commitment to remain in the Indonesian car market. Because they have prepared various attractive offers.
They have also prepared various flagship products and are refining after-sales services for customer convenience.
On the other hand, the Jetour T2 will start being delivered to customers' garages in the upcoming January 2026.
Therefore, Jetour T2 buyers will not have to wait long to get their vehicles.
"We have a production of around 180 to 200 units by January," Michael affirmed.
Meanwhile, if many customers do not receive their Jetour T2 in January 2026, it will be delivered in February.
The Chinese manufacturer is striving to meet consumer demand. This way, buyers will not be disappointed with Jetour.
It should be noted that the Jetour T2 will enter the off-road SUV segment, which is currently gaining popularity among consumers. Its closest rival is the BAIC BJ40 Plus.
The T2 features a rugged off-road concept with a boxy shape. Its front grille has a strong character, embedded with a large emblem spelling out Jetour.
The gasoline engine variant of the Jetour T2 uses a 2,000 cc powertrain, producing 241.6 hp and a peak torque of 375 Nm.
