Kia Opens 19 Standby Workshops During 2025 Eid al-Fitr Homecoming Period

KatadataOTO – In March 2025, PT KIA (Kreta Indo Artha) has prepared a number of programs to accommodate the needs of consumers who will be making the homecoming journey. 

It should be noted that there will be 19 official Kia service centers spread across various regions of Indonesia operating as usual on March 29-30 and then April 2-4, 2025.

The Service Center Program is Kia's commitment to providing the best after-sales service for consumers so they can travel without significant problems.

“With this program, we hope to provide peace of mind for all Kia customers who are going to celebrate Eid with their families in their hometowns,” said Joko Priyono, Service Operation Department Head of PT Kia in Jakarta, Wednesday (19/03).

In addition to the series of on-call service centers, Kia has also prepared the 'Movement to Fitr' service program at all official service centers until this coming March 22.

There are attractive offers that consumers can take advantage of, such as a 20 percent discount on spare parts, a 20 percent discount on oil, and a 15 percent discount on service fees.

However, as a note, the on-call service centers do not operate 24 hours. If a consumer experiences a problem during their journey, the vehicle can be towed to the relevant outlet to be handled during operational hours.

To avoid the surge in service queues before the homecoming journey, Kia car owners are advised to have their vehicles checked well in advance, especially from March 1-22, 2025.

“Because after that date (March 22) it will be crowded, full. So we are preparing well in advance, and we are offering discounts,” said Joko.

Additionally, electric car users can also have their vehicles serviced and all components checked, ensuring the vehicle is in prime condition if used for the homecoming journey.
