MG Brings Its Entire EV Lineup to PEVS 2025, Offers Many Promotions

KatadataOTO – MG Motor Indonesia (MG) is present at the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) 2025. Its presence is proof of the company's consistency in supporting the clean energy transition in Indonesia.

In this event, they are presenting their complete lineup of flagship electric vehicles, namely the MG 4 EV, ZS EV, and Cyberster. These three models are believed to be enough to attract the interest of visitors coming to the exhibition.

“MG's participation in PEVS 2025 also reinforces our commitment to supporting the clean energy transition in Indonesia,” said Frank Zhou, Chief Executive Officer of MG Motor Indonesia.

The MG Cyberster is believed to still be the star of the PEVS 2025 event. This is because the model comes as a sporty car with a sporty design and a convertible roof that can be opened in a matter of seconds.

The car is equipped with a dual electric motor capable of releasing 536 hp and 725 Nm of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km per hour in 3.2 seconds. The manufacturer has fitted a 77 kWh battery, sufficient for a journey of up to 503 km.

Then there is also the MG 4 EV, which prioritizes performance and range efficiency. This car relies on a 227 hp electric motor with 250 Nm of torque, enabling it to sprint from 0 to 100 km per hour in 7.7 seconds.

The vehicle is supported by a 51 kWh capacity battery and can travel up to 425 km. The MG 4 EV is equipped with fast charging, so the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in just 35 minutes.

Next is the MG ZS EV, which targets the family segment. This model carries a 173 hp electric motor with 280 Nm of torque, paired with a 50.3 kWh battery, enabling it to travel 403 km on a single charge.

During PEVS 2025, the manufacturer will present a special promo titled MG 123. Thus, it is hoped that people can more easily get their dream vehicle.

MG also provides various other after-sales programs such as a lifetime warranty for the electric car battery and free service for five years or up to 75,000 km. In addition, they also offer a one-year tire guarantee.

A warranty for the 12V battery is also available for one year or up to 20,000 km. Specifically for electric car customers, MG will provide a wall charger so customers can charge conveniently.
