KatadataOTO – PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), the authorized distributor for Mitsubishi Fuso in Indonesia, successfully captured a market share of 43.6 percent in July 2025. This achievement is claimed as proof of public trust in their products.

Vehicle sales are still supported by the Mitsubishi Fuso Canter in the Light Duty Truck (LDT) segment. The model even dominated 60 percent of the market in July 2025.

Furthermore, the Fighter-X in the Medium Duty Truck (MDT) segment also claimed to record positive results, with a market share of 16.7 percent in the same period.

In total from January to July 2025, Mitsubishi Fuso has achieved a 39 percent market share and become the market leader. The largest sales contributions came from the logistics and palm oil plantation sectors.

“The market is currently moving very dynamically, so we must be sharp in seeing the opportunities on the ground,” said Sudaryanto, General Manager of Business Communication at PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, in his official statement (13/08).

The pressure in the automotive industry makes them feel the need to maximize every opportunity, including holding various promotions to make it easier for customers to make purchases.

“In celebration of our 55th anniversary, we will launch various sales packages to provide more value for consumers. Our goal is clear, which is to maintain market leadership and continue to be a reliable business partner for Indonesia's development,” concluded Sudaryanto.

Presenting New Innovations

Not only providing convenience, Mitsubishi Fuso is also carrying out various developments. At the GIIAS 2025 event, they showcased several innovations.

First is the presence of an EV Mobile Charger for users of the Mitsubishi Fuso eCanter electric truck. This innovation is expected to provide flexibility and a sense of security for eCanter users.

Also present at the booth was the Fighter-X FM65F Tractor Head 4x2 variant with a Black Edition Cabin, which gives a bold feel to the interior area. This model is equipped with a 268 hp engine to support the load according to the vehicle's designation.

To improve driving safety, Mitsubishi Fuso has also installed ABS brakes to support vehicle deceleration.
