KatadataOTO – The My Hino application has been updated to make it easier for owners to monitor their fleet. At least two new features have been added in the update: Technical Information and Automatic Vehicle Data Registration.
First is the Technical Information feature, which displays guides related to the vehicle model. Thanks to this, owners can prevent serious damage with accurate usage and maintenance data.
Meanwhile, the second feature is Automatic Vehicle Data Registration, which automatically registers customer units in the My Hino system. Records are taken based on the maintenance transaction history at official workshops, thus speeding up administrative and service processes.
“We want to provide convenience for customers in accessing technical information and speeding up the service process. My Hino is designed to support customers in optimizing their vehicle operations more practically yet efficiently,” said Takashi Muto, President Director of PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI), some time ago.
It should be noted that the My Hino application was first launched in May 2022 and is claimed to help owners monitor their fleets. This is because the application makes it easy for them to book services for vehicle maintenance.
The application also has an e-learning video feature containing videos for learning and is connected to the Hino Training Centre. The goal is to make it easier for owners to ensure their units continue to operate optimally.
Customers can also calculate a credit simulation through the application by entering the estimated nominal amount to be paid based on the tenor and price. Thanks to this, it is hoped that they can adjust to their respective needs.
In addition to updating the application, Hino has also strengthened its network by inaugurating a new outlet in Singaraja, Bali. The dealer, operated by PT Cahaya Surya Bali Indah, is expected to make it easier for customers on the Island of the Gods to perform vehicle maintenance.
The Hino Singaraja outlet stands on a 2,921 square meter plot of land and is equipped with 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Part) facilities and 3 service bays. With this, it is believed that the queues will not be too long.
