Making its debut at IIMS 2025, electric car manufacturer Neta booked 328 vehicle orders with its two models.
It should be noted that the manufacturer from China brought two of its flagship electric car models, the Neta V-II and the SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) Neta X. Both are already locally produced and offered competitively starting from Rp 299 million.
Unfortunately, the SPK contribution from each model was not detailed. The figure of 328 is a combination of both.
“We are grateful for the trust of IIMS 2025 visitors who have chosen Neta as their driving partner. This achievement motivates us to continue presenting high-quality electric vehicles at competitive prices,” said Chris Lan, Managing Director of PT Neta Auto Indonesia in his official statement, quoted on Sunday (2/3).
In the future, Neta is confident that its participation in IIMS 2025 will be a positive boost for them to continue growing in the country's electric vehicle market.
“We believe that Indonesia has great potential to become one of the largest electric vehicle markets in the world,” he affirmed.
For your information, Neta not only brought the Neta V-II and Neta X to IIMS 2025. Also enlivening the event was the modified Neta V-II Urban Sport Concept.
The model is a result of a collaboration with HSR Wheel, giving it an aggressive and sporty look as a modification inspiration for Neta V-II users.
Besides using 17-inch HSR Wheel rims, various additional body kits are fitted to the Neta V-II Urban Sport Concept. For example, a stylish front and rear bumper kit, stylish side skirt, and an aerodynamic rear spoiler.
The side mirrors have also been changed, now auto-retractable, unlike the original version which had to be closed manually. Then, the paint job was given a two-tone variation to enhance the sporty feel.
There are only changes to the exterior, meaning the power source and output components are still the same as the original Neta V-II.
The Neta V-II's battery is made of LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) material with a capacity of 36.1 kWh. The claimed power output is 93 hp while the peak torque is 150 Nm.
Charging from 0-100 percent takes eight hours, while charging from 30 percent to 80 percent using fast charging only takes 30 minutes.
This configuration allows the Neta V-II to support its owner's journey for up to 401 km (CLTC testing) or a maximum of 384 km if referring to the NEDC testing method.
