KatadataOTO – Having been in operation for less than two years, the Neta Kelapa Gading dealership is known to be permanently closed. This information is listed in the location details on Google Maps, accessed on Thursday (24/04).

It should be noted that the dealership was the first outlet inaugurated by Neta during its debut in Indonesia on November 9, 2023. The North Jakarta area was chosen because it was considered strategic.

This Chinese manufacturer sells two electric car models for consumers, namely the Neta V-II and Neta X. Both are locally assembled at the facility owned by PT HIM (Handal Indonesia Motor).

The Neta V entered Indonesia as a CBU (Completely Built Up) unit, or fully imported. It was then assembled domestically and renamed the Neta V-II, and received electric car incentives from the government.

Thanks to these tax subsidies, its price has become competitive. The Neta V-II is offered starting from Rp 299 million, while the larger Neta X is priced at Rp 428 million.

KatadataOTO has contacted a representative of Neta Indonesia to confirm the closure of the Kelapa Gading branch dealership, but as of this writing, we have not received a response.

For your information, the Neta Kelapa Gading dealership is located on Jalan Boulevard Utara. The showroom area can accommodate up to four display car units along with dealing tables.

In total, the Neta dealership in Kelapa Gading has an area of 1,620 m2, including a spacious maintenance area at the back.

The facility was initially intended to embrace consumers in the North Jakarta area and its surroundings.

Not just for sales, the Neta Kelapa Gading dealership is a 3S (Sales, Service, Sparepart) outlet, so consumers can also perform regular servicing at this outlet.

Referring to the information on Neta's official website, with the closure of Neta Kelapa Gading, as of April 2025, there are 14 remaining dealerships spread across Indonesia.

Another alternative Neta dealership in the North Jakarta area is in Pluit Permai, Penjaringan District. Meanwhile, other areas in Jakarta include Tebet and Puri.

Neta electric car owners can switch to these official dealerships as another option to the Kelapa Gading outlet.
