KatadataOTO – The largest electric vehicle exhibition in Jakarta, PEVS (Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show) 2025 officially opens today, April 29-May 4. The event will be enlivened by various environmentally friendly vehicle manufacturers.

This event is held by Periklindo (Indonesian Electric Vehicle Industry Association) together with Dyandra Promosindo. The location is JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.

Amid the growing public interest in electric vehicles, the organizers hope the exhibition can attract more than 40 thousand visitors during PEVS 2025.

“We at Periklindo, together with Dyandra Promosindo, urge the general public to set aside time to see how the growth of EVs (Electric Vehicles) in Indonesia is getting better,” said Moeldoko, General Chairman of Periklindo in his official statement, quoted on Thursday (29/04).

He hopes PEVS 2025 can attract the public by offering a variety of choices of electric motorcycles and cars.

Speaking of the exhibition, there are more than 130 exhibitors, including two-wheeled vehicle brands, four-wheeled vehicle brands, program partners, F&B (food and beverages), and aftermarket.

Car manufacturers participating in the PEVS 2025 event include Hyundai, Chery, Wuling, as well as BYD (Build Your Dreams) and Denza.

Meanwhile, for two-wheelers, the involved brands are AHM (Astra Honda Motor), Dubss, Kawasaki, Alva, United, Indomobil E-motor, Adora, Maka Motors, and Selis.

“We as organizers hope that PEVS 2025 will increase public awareness to uphold blue sky sustainability and celebrate Earth Day,” said Daswar Marpaung, President Director of Dyandra Promosindo.

More than just a car exhibition, visitors can also participate in various interesting activities during PEVS 2025 such as EV Test Drive and Test Ride, EV Riding, EV Parade, and PEVS Push Bike Racing.

During its six-day run, PEVS 2025 is targeted to achieve transactions totaling Rp 400 billion.
