The price range of the Suzuki e Vitara is starting to be revealed for the European market, while Indonesia still has to wait until next year.
KatadataOTO – The presence of the electric car Suzuki e Vitara in various countries is getting closer. Most recently, Suzuki announced the price range for the model for the European market.
For your information, the Suzuki e Vitara will be sold to European consumers starting next month. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the electric car will only be available in early 2026.
Reporting from Electrek, the lowest-end Suzuki e Vitara with a 49 kWh LFP battery is offered at a price of 29,999 pound sterling or around Rp 658 million.
Meanwhile, the highest variant is equipped with a larger 61 kWh capacity battery, priced at 37,799 pound sterling (Rp 829.8 million).
The Suzuki e Vitara using the 49 kWh power storage is claimed to offer a range of 346 km on a single charge. Meanwhile, the 61 kWh version can reach 428 km (WLTP).
Various variants can be chosen according to consumer needs. First, there is the 2WD (Two Wheel Drive) with a single electric motor.
Then there is the 4WD (Four Wheel Drive) All Grip e-system, developed by Suzuki specifically for the e Vitara electric car. This type is equipped with two electric motors.
The Suzuki e Vitara is built on the Heartect-e platform, which is specially designed for electric cars.
For your information, in Indonesia, the precursor to the Suzuki e Vitara was present at the GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show) 2024 event.
The following year, PT SIS (Suzuki Indomobil Sales) announced the arrival of the mass-production version of the eVX, also known as the e Vitara, starting in 2026.
“This strategy is an important achievement in our efforts to create a sustainable future and our commitment to presenting the best product and technology innovations,” said Minoru Amano, President Director of PT SIS, some time ago.
During the transition period for introducing EVs (Electric Vehicles), Suzuki is still focusing on its mild hybrid line.
Most recently, the Japanese manufacturer with the S logo launched the locally assembled Fronx towards the end of May 2025.
Like other Suzuki products, the Fronx is available in manual and automatic transmission options. Then, the two lowest variants are not equipped with hybrid technology.
Suzuki's HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) line in the country includes the Grand Vitara, Ertiga, and the XL7 Hybrid.
