Wuling Almaz Hybrid Discount of Around Rp 40 Million at IIMS 2025

KatadataOTO – The IIMS 2025 automotive exhibition is enlivened by various automotive manufacturers, including Wuling. They also brought a number of their flagship models, including the HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) Almaz RS Pro Hybrid.

KatadataOTO's visit to the Wuling booth at IIMS 2025 found that they brought many products, including the Alvez and the Air ev electric car.

A number of attractive offers can be enjoyed if consumers make a purchase at IIMS 2025. For example, a price discount for the New Almaz RS Pro Hybrid.

“The Almaz has a discount of IDR 40 million. This is for the hybrid,” said a Wuling salesperson when met by KatadataOTO at IIMS 2025, Thursday (20/2).

He explained that the RS Hybrid type has a sportier look and is affixed with a hybrid emblem on the front. Then, the grille is equipped with blue-colored accents.

The discount given during the exhibition can be applied to the on-the-road price of the vehicle or to the DP, aka the down payment.

“It depends on whether you want to cut the (price) from the DP or the OTR, the discount is IDR 40 million,” explained the Wuling salesperson.

It should be noted that the lowest type uses a 1,500 cc Turbocharger engine. Meanwhile, the hybrid is equipped with a 2,000 cc four-cylinder engine supported by a 1.8 kWh ternary lithium battery.

The hybrid type is more powerful, claimed to be able to produce 123 hp of power and 169 Nm of peak torque, not including the support of the 174 hp electric motor with 320 Nm of torque.

There is an EV Mode where the driver can drive using only electric power, while Parallel Mode is a collaboration between the gasoline engine and the electric motor.

Interested consumers can visit IIMS 2025 directly. Wuling also launched a new model at IIMS 2025, the latest Cloud EV, which is equipped with new features like the Smartphone Interconnection Function.

Then there is the Light of ASEAN sedan concept car, which previously made its debut at the 21st ASEAN Economic Exhibition in Nanning, China in September 2024.
